Money talk

"I need to borrow some money mama" - the pole
"What?!" - me
"I need to borrow some money so I go to the store" - the pole

(At this point I am thrown for a total loop b/c I had no idea where the pole would have heard "borrow money"...we are a debit card/no cash kind of family)

"What are you going to buy at the store?" - me
"Mama (sigh)....I need to borrow some money to go to the store so I can BUY some money. PLEASE!" - the pole
"Umm...ok. Maybe later" - me
