New Fancy Camera

Thank you Aunt Amy & Uncle Dan for the new fancy camera! Now we'll be able to record all of the exciting dearkielo activities. (I probably should have said "I'll" not "we'll" b/c wojo is not allowed to touch the camera. He is the sole reason why we are on our 4th camera)

On day 1 of new camera, we learned that Ursa + Uncle Dan + New Camera = Fun times!

New camera is able to take regular pictures:

And new camera can also capture video! (Please ignore the weird "silent" laughing which actually turned out like creepy heavy breathing. Who knew that new camera would pick up every little freaking sound?)

Sucka!!!!

I've given up alot of things for you....delicious soft cheeses, this years Beaujolais Nouveau, yummy seafood (fried calamari, steamed mussels), anything within 20ft of the deli. And I'm ok with this....I do it out of love.

HOWEVER....you need to get with the program kid....our family eats spicy food! Your dad has learned to adapt. When we first met, EVERYTHING he ate was bland. And now look at him...he'll order something spicy without a second thought.

Your heartburn game was working for a while. I was beginning to question whether or not it was worth it to eat spicy. The pain was incredible, and nothing seemed to work.

But guess what? I've just discovered the secret! As soon as I ate something with a kick, I immediately throw a wet blanket down the shoot (ie 3 tums). Have fun trying to start a fire with your wet matches SUCKA!!!!!

BTW - if you think mom is bad, wait until you meet your Aunt Sarah and Aunt Chelly. Aunt Sarah orders shrimp pasta and a bottle of tabasco (in the same breath) when she goes out to eat. When your Aunt Chelly goes for Sushi, she steals the wasabi from everyones plate in ADDITION to ordering 10 extra blobs for herself.

Golf Cake

I made a golf cake for Steve's work bbq. Considering that I have absolutely NO patience or cake decorating experience, I thought it turned out pretty cool. Apparently sand traps are alot smaller than the one I made...oops. I bet the real ones aren't as tasty though. (Mmmmm...brown sugar)

Kick me tadpole...one more time

Ok kid...you win. I promise to stop complaining about the constant kung fu/dance party taking place in my belly. Clearly you are enjoying yourself. You gave your dad and I a huge scare this morning by your lack of dancing. Please do not force us to go hang out at the hospital anymore for NST's (non stress tests). If its ok with you, I would appreciate an hourly kung fu chop/kick anywhere (even behind my belly button although its not my fav). And next time I drink a gallon of OJ b/c I'm a little worried, could you throw me a bone and move....at least for a second?

Little Helper

I needed to get directions for a christening occurring in ~2hrs. I plopped the laptop on top of my enormous belly so I could type in the address and whoop!.....the laptop jumps. I thought it was a little odd but I kept on typing when whoop!...it happened again.

I moved it off of my belly and tadpole became really still. I put it back and whoop whoop whoop!...it almost fell off of my gut and onto the floor.

I hope tadpole is not ticked off by the hot, heavy laptop resting on his little house. Hopefully he was just trying to help me type in the directions.
