On Monday, the pole had ear tubes put in. It was a really quick procedure (his appt was at 8:10 and we were gone at 9). He was incredibly good until he had to be gassed. The Dr said he had another horrible ear infection but that he was able to suck 90% of it out (eww). The remaining 10% will drain out of his tubes.
The pole was so happy after the surgery. He is talking more than ever, and his balance has greatly improved. He is now walking with only the assistance of 1 adult finger.
We are so glad everything worked out. Hopefully this will fix the ear pain he has been experiencing for the past year.
