Tonight we decided to brave it. With a little planning, Steve and I were able to sit down with the pole and eat dinner. We had beef ravioli's with tomato sauce, salad and bread. The pole loved the ravioli's, and also enjoyed his usual large helping of 10+ strawberries. Ursa was excited to clean up the leftovers (excluding the salad of course).
Tomorrow we are attempting family dinner #2 with oven bbq chicken (marinating in the fridge right now), mac-n-cheese and green beans. Hopefully we can pull it off.
