A few quick stories:
The pole has learned to say "uh-oh" while holding his hands in the air. This would be great it he actually said it after he made a mistake. Instead, Steve has renamed it the "Uh-oh Alarm". The pole will put his hands in the air and say "uh-oh" before he does something naughty (ie throw a toy, climb on a box, etc).
We have been working with the pole daily on his picture/word cards. Last night as we were going through the words and pictures, he correctly did "arms up" by throwing his little arms in the air when we did the card. Sounds goofy, but we were pretty excited.
Strong Man Training: The pole has been running around the house with whichever toy interests him at the time and pausing every 10 seconds or so to perform a strong man squat. He will hold the toy out in front of him, and perform a very slow, deep squat, before standing up and running off again. The little monkey has thighs of steel.
Basketball: The pole received a basketball hop for Christmas and is able to repeatedly make baskets. He also "passes" to himself by throwing the ball across the room, running over to get it, and running back to the hoop to throw it in.

Thank you for sharing the Pole with us! I haven't checked in for awhile but your pics and video never fail to bring a smile to my face. He's growing so quickly!
