Monkey see/monkey do = Pole see/who do?

The pole is watching....he has many new habits. Who is to blame?

1. The pole will randomly walk into our room once a day to weigh himself. He will pull the scale out of our closet, weigh himself, put it back into the closet, and then walk to another room to do something else. Analysis = Pole sees/mommy do

2. Last night as the pole and I were sitting on the couch, the pole ripped a paper towel off the roll, wiped his hands, hopped off the couch, walked to the trash can, opened the lid and threw in the paper towel, closed the lid, and walked back to the couch to sit down again. He did this 5 times before I hid the roll. Analysis = pole sees/daddy&mommy do

3. Every morning and afternoon we take Ursa on a walk. Anyone who has met Ursa will quickly understand that she must be walked with puppy power steering (her pinch collar aka pinchy). This afternoon we took Ursa and the pole on a nice long walk through the neighborhood. When we got back into the yard, I removed Ursa's leash and pinchy and placed them on a table. 20 minutes later, the pole reached onto the table, grabbed the pinchy, walked over to Ursa, and bent down to put it on her neck. Apparently Ursa had the crap scared out of her by this display. We're not sure if she's happy or sad by the fact that the pole has pinchy knowledge. Analysis = pole sees/daddy&mommy do

4. The pole walks to the shed at the end of our yard, goes to the snow blower and turns every crank/handle/lever. When complete, he grabs the garden hose hanging on the wall and pretends to put air in the tires while making a "psssttttt" sound. Analysis = pole sees/daddy do

More to come....
